Wonderful location, super rooms, nice staff.
Room special and very clean. View spectacular view. Our best room of 6 on this tour of Spain.
Fantastic location, extremely comfortable, views were amazing, right in the Central Plaza. The hotel was very welcoming and the verandah overlooking the gorge, was a great place to sit and have some down time, the lounge area was very nice after dinner and we had coffee and liquor there both nights.
Location location location, to both the gorge and the old town.
Air conditioning was not available in April.
Great location and views. Service was good. Rooms were nice.
Could have utilized the cocktail area better, great views but service and ambience lacking.
Excellent - loved it and would definitely return.
The rooms and corridors need a little "tlc". There is only one English speaking TV channel ( BBC World news) out of over 60!!
Magnificent views from the edge of a 100m precipice. One of the best breakfasts I've ever enjoyed in my life.
Price of late booking in Easter Week was - naturally - a bit on the high side )
Excellent view over the new bridge. Room is big and bed is comfortable.
Sound proof is poor. Can hear from guests next to our room. It's not a big problem though. Doesn't interrupt our rest.
Good breakfast, excelent view from the swimming pool.
Friendly - well organized - nice rooms
It would be nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms.
Location and group reputation brought me there and great price for Sunday night. All staff very polite, welcoming and helpfull. Food was 1 st class and good portions not taster style menu. Would recommend this hotel to everyone who wants a treat in this very special town. Certainly looking toward trying others Paradors around Spain, we plan next cultural trip to Galicia in 2012.
Swimming Pool could have been heated as was very fresh, even with outside air temperatures around late 20's
Amazing views and amazing place. Hotel is very well situated and as requested at time of reservation, our room had an amazing view.
The swimming pool. Honestly, cannot believe that such a hotel with location, views, service.. etc is let down by the swimming pool area. There were under 10 sun loungers for a hotel with well over 50 rooms.
The location, right next to the magnificent gorge and old town. High class quality and efficiency. The receptionist who took the time to draw us a map to give us a best route onwards.
Car parking is expensive at 21 euro per night (although it is in a private secure garage), parking on road will probably be almost impossible in the mid/high seasons.
A number of things but mainly room, food and location
We had only stayed one night! However reception, although very helpful, did give us the wrong time for the bus to Malaga. We arrived early so still got it.
Comfortable and relaxing. Excellent views in a perfect location for old Ronda, also for restaurants and bars. An owl landed on the balcony during the night. Absolutely fabulous. One negative - the pillows are uncomfortable & need replacing.
The staff were extremely helpful at all times. We also received a superistardom and free parking when we showed our Amigos loyalty card.
