The room was well heated and good sized, with a comfortable decor and a balcony and air conditioning for my comfort. The staff was supper friendly, the service was great, they shared some useful information.

The staff is very nice and welcoming. the room is rather big and surprisingly spacious. - There are fascinating views of the surrounding rocky mountains. - the setting is exceptional and marvelous, right by overlooking a huge valley and all major attractions like Puente Nuevo and Plaza de Toros.

The location was fantastic, with stunning views and convenient access to attractions, shopping, and dining. The hotel itself was lovely, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were excellent, with beautifully prepared and served dishes. We wished we could have stayed longer to fully explore and enjoy the hotel and its surroundings.

The hotel also has a swimming pool and outdoor terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. this place exceeded my expectations and made our stay in this city even more memorable.

The pool area was also great, with plenty of sunbeds and a beautiful backdrop. The staff were very helpful and attentive, and the rooms were clean and comfortable.
